Initial design consultations are completely complimentary with zero sales pressure. We believe exploring metals, diamonds, and bespoke designs should be an inspiring and unhurried creative dialogue.
What should I bring or prepare before our meeting?
Feel welcome to bring visual references (photos, screenshots, Pinterest boards), preferred finger sizes, or heirloom jewellery you wish to remodel. If you have no clear idea yet, our stylists will gently guide you through classic and contemporary silhouettes.
Can I remodel family gemstones or repurpose heirloom gold?
Yes. Remodelling cherished family stones is a central specialty at Offerclub. During your consultation, we assess your gems under the microscope, verify their integrity, and plan custom settings to preserve their legacy.
What if I need to reschedule or change my appointment?
