Standard bespoke commissions require 4 to 6 weeks from final CAD approval and deposit confirmation. If you have an urgent proposal or anniversary date, please let us know during your initial consultation; expedited atelier fabrication (2 to 3 weeks) is often possible depending on stone sourcing complexity.

Every natural diamond complies strictly with the Kimberley Process and comes with independent certification (GIA or IGI). We also partner directly with certified artisanal mines in Queensland for Australian sapphires, and offer climate-neutral lab-grown diamonds alongside 100% recycled Australian gold.

We begin concept sketches and stone curations complimentary. Once you approve the final 3D design and select your gemstones, a 50% deposit secures the materials and initiates bench fabrication. The final 50% balance is settled upon in-person collection at our Sydney showroom or prior to fully insured courier dispatch.

Every Offerclub engagement ring and band includes one complimentary resize within 90 days of collection (up to two sizes up or down for standard bands). Certain full eternity designs cannot be resized once cast, which we highlight clearly during stone layout planning to ensure perfect sizing before casting.

Yes. Remodelling family heirloom gems into contemporary bespoke settings is one of our most cherished services. Our master jeweller inspects your stones under microscope for structural integrity prior to unset and resetting, ensuring cherished sentimental legacies endure safely.

All bespoke creations carry a lifetime warranty covering any manufacturing defects. We also provide lifetime complimentary claw checks, ultrasonic cleansing, and inspection at our Castlereagh Street atelier whenever you visit.
